Explanation and FAQ:
First time
Your first session focuses on comfort, clarity, and consent. We start with a brief intake, set goals, confirm boundaries, and outline what is in and out of scope. You control the pace. Clothing stays on unless draped for massage. No explicit content, ever.
How long should I book?
Therapy and somatic education:
Book 60 minutes for a first session for intake and goals. There we can meet and see if we are a good fit before committing. Return visits can be 60 min for talking only or 90 min for bodywork, depending on the plan we set together.
Massage:
This is therapeutic Swedish style massage for relaxation, regulation, and ease. Pressure is tailored from light to deep, with clear consent check ins and professional draping throughout. This service is not erotic.
30 minutes: Targeted local area work, for example neck and shoulders, lower back, or legs. Ideal for acute tension in one or two spots.
60 minutes: Standard session. Light coverage across the whole body, or a more focused treatment on a few selected areas. Good for maintenance and stress relief.
120 minutes: Unrushed full body session, including hands, feet, and head. Allows deeper, more thorough work throughout.
